How it began....
Hoopla is defined as a jovial commotion or excitement. The word also comes
from the Hula Hoop that children play with, denoting loads of fun, excitement,
colour, movement and balance all of which most children today, need. What
began as a platform for meaningful exposure and expression for children
has today grown into a community that has carved a niche for itself in the
area of education and child development.
Growth:
Twenty children from one supportive school who took the first step towards
a belief of a visionary laid the foundation for a community in Bangalore
that today includes
• 15,000 member children
• 20 associate schools
• 2000 teachers
• 30,000 parents
