I want to become an inventor and invent the following things: 1. A tree protect sensor - As I strongly feel we should not cut trees, I would make a sensor which can be put in all the trees and if anyone tries to cut the tree it will sense it and sound an alarm. This will keep people away who cut trees without any permission. 2. A floating bag with a remote - I feel that children should not carry heavy bags. I would invent a floating bag which will have a remote, so via the remote, the child could make it go in all directions by controlling the air flow. 3. A car which runs on air and water - The car I invent would run on steam and there would be no pollution. The steam pressure would give it power. The sun energy would convert water to steam 4. Liquid to clean the water - I would invent a liquid which when put in polluted water would clean it of all the pollutants.This way we could clean all the rivers of India and other countries. |

Leadership Academy, Bangalore I enjoy writing, and always wish for a pen that can help me give the effects to my words instantly. I want to invent a pen - VIBGYOR. It will be a slim and violet colour pen. It will have seven rainbow coloured buttons on it. 'V' would give violet colour writing pen to me. 'I' would enable 'invisible ink' for writing some secret messages. 'B' will help me write in bold calligraphic style. 'G' will be for 'glow-in-the-dark' ink. Pressing 'Y' button will allow 'yeast effect' by making the letters look puffy and risen. 'O' will be used to bring 'origami impact' to words, by helping me write the letters in different folded ways. 'R' will be used for ray like - shiny and glittery effect. Think, how beautiful these lines will look, if written with all these effects from 'Kunjal's Vibgyor'! |

Learning Leadership Academy, Bangalore I wish to invent a swing for me. My swing will have a 'swing belt' so that I don't fall from it. It will have 5 buttons on it - start, slow, fast, super-fast, stop. Then I will not have to call anyone to push the swing for me. It will also have a 'roaring horn', which will start roaring if anyone comes near to my swing. It will save small children from getting hurt from the swing, and also scare the children who will come near to take the swing from me. We play the game of throwing our slipper while swinging. The child, whose slipper falls the farthest is the winner of the game. My swing will have a robot arm to pick my slipper and again put it on my foot. I hope some scientist will read this, and invent the swing for me! |

Yes, whenever I have come across something exciting and interesting I have thought so! Invention means to create a thing which never existed before. All man made stuff are indeed inventions. An invention doesn't always have to be something that no one has ever heard of before. It could be an improvement on an earlier invention. Once a person becomes imaginative and starts believing that he has something to contribute, the first move towards the invention begins. It need not only be something related to Science and Mathematics, it can also be a great idea for a new toy, cartoon or food. The artists, music composers, architects, poets and writers can also be inventors. They are recognized as the originals. Inventing instinct and Myself: Whenever I hear the stories of scientists
like Benjamin Franklin and Einstein, the inventing instinct in me
craves to come out. But I know becoming a successful inventor is
not an overnight process. I have read that there are certain rules
to be followed and practiced. When a new idea strikes, record it
in writing. Collect information from Books, Teachers and Internet.
Take guidance from experts. Later, organize the ideas and research
that are made and present it to the people. Original idea transforming
into reality, Yes that is an Invention! I want to be an Inventor: Ideas of inventing a flexible car and
a fastest jet are there in my mind at this moment. To get motivated
and to hold on to the idea of becoming an inventor, I am doing a
few things like observing the mechanism of motors and knowing the
parts, reading the history of motor vehicles and reading the life
histories of great inventors. Once I become capable of doing things
on my own I dream of presenting my invention to people. But today, I know it for sure, that I am aiming at bringing down
the pollution and saving the earth through my inventions. As Chalmers
said "The aim of science can be understood as the production
of knowledge of the world", one day through my inventions I
would like to say "The aim of invention can be understood as
the presentation of a dream and knowledge to the world" and
the day will come when I can say "Yes, I am an Inventor". |
| Shriank I wanted to share some of my innovations with you . Right from my childhood I was encouraged to construct a lot of models with various blocks and pieces . I have made many originals and have done programming with mindstorms . A few of my past creations were too good and I am willing to share them : 1. My Lego transformer . Transforms from robot to car . One of my masterpieces when I was young . 2. My gun with K'nex . 3. My zoob model which can turn into 3 different types of models . They are a spaceship , bird (I think it is a hawk ) and a mini gun . 4. My bike-car conversion prototype . It converts form a bike to a car in 5 steps. I am very proud of it . I was always fascinated by bricks and building blocks . I was introduced
to Lego duplo , my first set . After that I got a proper basic set
and went to the stage of professional bricks . I have won first
place 2 times when I was participated in the Lego competitions .
I love building models and it gives me a lot of joy . |

I wish I could invent a machine which can absorb people's pain. Across the world people are suffering from various disease. We have wonderful technologies but still we don't have any machine which can absorb people's pain When I became an inventor I would build as many machines as possible
and donate it to all the hospitals. |
