• All Hoopla Club members will abide by the rules of the club.
• Any member who is a nuisance to the team or the reputation of the club itself during any activity will not be allowed to participate in future programmes.
• The Hoopla Club membership is not transferable.
• All precautions will be taken during any of the activities of the Hoopla Club but in case of any untoward incident the management of the Hoopla Club will not be held responsible for any injury to the member.
• All articles/photographs by the members should be original and Hoopla Club will not be responsible for any copyright issues
• The discounts/privileges offered to Hoopla Club members at select outlets is a goodwill value add to the members and is the choice of the individual outlets. Hoopla Club is not responsible for any decision of the outlet management while handing out the same.
